IARU Region 1 VHF Contest 2016

Compte rendu du contest IARU VHF des 3 et 4 septembre 2016. J’ai été actif durant 17 heures sur les 24 que compte le contest. Propagation tropo. très standard, pas d’ouverture particulière. Par contre, une courte aurore boréale m’a permis de contacter Clive, GM4VVX, comme meilleur DX. Côté tropo, le meilleur DX fût TK/F1NSR en JN42QX ; écoutez ci-dessous (enregistrement audio) le signal de Yannick (qui avait des problèmes de commutation ;o).

Activity report of the IARU VHF contest of July 3rd and 4th, 2016. I have been active during 17 hours amongst the 24 hours the contests lasts. Tropo. propagation very standard, no special opening. However, a short aurora opening allowed me to work Clive, GM4VVX, as best DX. On the tropo side, the best DX was TK/F1NSR in JN42QX ; listen hereunder (audio recording) to the signal of Yannick (who had switching problems ;o).
